ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Michelle —educator, advocate, and passionate supporter of parents through every stage of the parenting journey.

I grew up in a small town in Saskatchewan and moved to Lloydminster after high school for a fresh start. In 2023, I became a mother myself. My pregnancy was difficult, my birth experience traumatic, and the postpartum period even harder. It was during this time that I realized just how few resources and supports were available for new parents in our community. I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and unprepared—and I knew I wasn’t alone.

That experience lit a fire in me. In the fall of 2024, I chose to turn my pain into purpose by becoming an educator and support person for expecting and new parents. My goal is simple but powerful: to make sure every client feels empowered, prepared, and supported—not just for birth, but for everything that comes after.

Birth is just the beginning. I’m here to help you understand what to expect, how to prepare, and where to turn for extra support if and when you need it. Whether you’re planning for labour or navigating the challenges of postpartum life, I’m walking this path with you.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help.
