Full Perinatal Class
Using hands on learning, open communication and a fun atmosphere this Group in person Perinatal Class offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to educate and prepare parents for the joys and challenges of parenthood. Through hands-on learning, open communication and a positive, supportive atmosphere, expectant parents will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently navigate the perinatal(birth, delivery, postpartum) period. With a focus on interactive activities and engaging discussions, this class provides a fun and informative experience for all participants.
This 5 hour course offers a comprehensive overview of coping strategies, communication skills, preparation tips, and more. From 10am-3pm on chosen date.
I encourage you to bring your partner or chosen support person with you to the class as there are many beneficial things for them to learn as well. One partner or support person included in session price.
