Birth Doula
A birth doula is a dedicated support throughout pregnancy, labour, and beyond, offering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to ensure a healthy, empowered experience. From pregnancy, where they provide resources, answer questions, and help you feel confident, to labour, where they offer comfort measures and advocate for your wishes, a doula is there to guide you every step of the way. Their calming presence during birth can reduce stress and interventions, helping you feel in control. After birth, they continue to support you through the early postpartum days, assisting with newborn care, feeding, and your recovery. With a birth doula by your side, you’ll feel confident, nurtured, and supported on your journey into parenthood.
Postpartum Doula
The postpartum period can be overwhelming, but a doula helps you focus on healing, bonding with your baby, and adjusting to your new routine. By offering expert care and encouragement, they create a nurturing environment that fosters confidence, reduces stress, and helps prevent burnout or feelings of isolation. A postpartum doula ensures that your journey into parenthood is healthy, supportive, and empowering, giving you the tools and support to flourish as a new family.

2 prenatal visit (2 hours each)
On call from 37 weeks to delivery
Support throughout your labour and delivery including 1-3 hours post delivery
Support via e-mail, text and telephone throughout your pregnancy and 8 weeks postpartum
1 4hr postpartum shift
Your Choice of 1 extra prenatal visit (2hrs) or a postpartum visit (3hrs)
Postpartum care package of 25 hrs of care which includes;
1 prenatal meeting to plan your postpartum services
E-mail and text support throughout your pregnancy
Light house cleaning; tidying the home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.
Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting and soothing etc.
Lactation and feeding support
Maternal/Paternal self care check in
Extra hours can be purchased for $30.00 an hour on top of package
Minimum of 3 hour visits

Our overnight doula support is designed to give you the rest you need while ensuring your newborn is well cared for through the night. Enjoy peace of mind and restful sleep with our flexible overnight packages:
Single 8-hour Overnight Shift: $360.00 (hourly rate of $45)
10 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $3,520 (discounted hourly rate of $44)
20 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $6,880 (discounted hourly rate of $43)
30 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $10,080 (discounted hourly rate of $42)
