Through hands-on learning, open communication and a positive, supportive atmosphere, expectant parents will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently navigate the perinatal(birth, delivery, postpartum) period. With a focus on interactive activities and engaging discussions, this class provides a fun and informative experience for all participants.
This 12-hour, two-day course offers a comprehensive overview of coping strategies, communication skills, preparation tips, and more. From 10am-5pm on chosen weekend date.
