Postpartum Prep for Partners
A hands-on workshop to help you confidently support mom and baby in the early weeks after birth.
Becoming a parent isn’t just about the person giving birth — partners play an essential role in the postpartum journey. This workshop is designed especially for you, the support person, to help you feel prepared, capable, and confident.
Together, we’ll explore what to expect in the early days at home, how to support recovery, and practical ways to care for your baby. You’ll learn how to recognize your partner’s needs, set healthy boundaries with visitors, and be an active part of creating a calm, nurturing environment for your new family.
In this 2–3 hour interactive workshop, you will:
Learn what to expect during the first six weeks after birth
Discover hands-on ways to support physical and emotional recovery
Practice newborn care basics like soothing and swaddling
Explore communication strategies for staying connected as a couple
Leave with tools, checklists, and resources to guide you
Because when partners feel prepared, families feel supported. 💛
At Babymoon Boutique 3423 50th Ave Lloydminster SK.
